WEE WEE NIGHTS

In children up to five years of age, bed wetting is considered common. The causes are not known, but I may be related to sleeping patterns. Bed wedding is most common among children who are heavy sleepers. In teenagers and adults may be a medical condition related to emotional problems. Don't make a fuss about the bed wetting. It may be embarrassing for the child and he/she doesn't need extra attention about it.
Do these: Buy disposable and absorbent underpants for your baby to wear to bed.
Be supportive and encouraging. Tell your child that he/she will get over this problem. Calmly change the bed sheets.
Remind your child to urinate before bedtime.
Try to restrict your child's intake of fluids two hours before bedtime.

Faith and Fear

Every day you and I take another leg of our journey in this giant balloon that's whirling around a vast universe. We only get one trip. I long to take it with an enormous spirit of adventure and risk-and i'll bet you do, too. But it's a pretty uncertain ride sometimes. I wish the walls to my basket went up a little higher. I wish the balloon was a little thicker. I wonder how my little ride will end up. I'm not sure hot it will handle on the way down.
I can try to psyche myself up for the taking chances and believing everything will turn our okay. But the real question is, Is there somebody piloting this thing? And are his character and competence such that he can be trusted? Because if they're not, I don't want to take a chance, My story, like every human story, is at least in part, the struggle between faith and fear.

Smiling Makes Us More Successful

Our smile shows others people that we are friendly. When you smile at someone who is not already smiling and they smile back you have brought a moment of happiness into their lives which, who knows, could last all day. When someone treats you to a smile, even a stranger, you usually smile back. For that moment you enjoy a flash of positive communication without saying a word. A person that has a tired and listless face.

An expression that may reflect their inner thoughts of boredom and worry. In the same way few of us would choice a miserable person for a friend. Lets face it we all want someone who is going to be bubbly and a happy and positive. When you smile it is hard to feel unhappy, negative or sad in anyway. Smiling gives you enthusiasm and drive, it is also habit forming.
